Help for Local Shops & Surgeries

Local Freemason Neil Smillie of St. Denys Lodge No.8276 in Leicester, decided to help out the local shops and surgeries by supplying and installing protective guards to keep workers safe during the global Covid-19 pandemic.

In his working life, Neil is the Sales Director of a local Point of Sale provider and has produced many such screens for large stores. Neil took it upon himself to provide complimentary screens to local businesses who ordinarily would not be able to source such screens. In the local area of Wigston and Oadby in Leicestershire, Neil visited these stores in his own time and offered his services.

The simple to install screens effectively protect the shop workers and surgery staff who regularly come in to contact with members of the public who visit them for vital supplies or medical needs.

Neil said, “I am delighted to be able to help the small shops and businesses in this time of need”.
